Welcome to finovasharp, a financial and administrative management tool for artisans and small businesses, developed and operated by FlorisNexus. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

finovasharp provides software solutions to assist with business management. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the service for your internal business purposes.

3. Payments and Credits

• Payments: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
• Taxes: VAT and other relevant taxes are collected and remitted as required by law.
• Credits: Credits purchased do not expire and can be used at any time to validate data rows.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

finovasharp is a management tool, not a certified accountant. FlorisNexus shall not be liable for any accounting errors, tax filing mistakes, or financial losses resulting from the use of our software.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Charleroi, Belgium.

9. Google Ads & Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads to advertise finovasharp. To measure campaign success, we use conversion tracking. A cookie is set on your device which loses its validity after 30 days and is not used for personal identification.

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if not satisfied.
• Abuse Prevention: Any refund results in immediate removal of corresponding credits from your account balance.
